Returning to a favorite series to finish a forgotten installation - Part 2

Current Playthrough

Hello sly sub riders, I hope you all had a great Easter weekend! Last time I was working on my file I went through a bunch of clan challenges. I had a pretty successful run and now all of my clan stats are maxed out! The general training 2 challenge is actually really easy if you bring some hunters along. I find I had much more success at completing the clan challenges when I would ignore the law and just focus on clearing it as quickly as I possibly could.

I had another encounter with Klesta and learned about Bowen's back story a bit. I don't know how the general public who played this game perceived that moment but I thought it was bittersweet and served as a good reminder that this game, while youthful in appearance, is intended for a teen+ audience. It's nothing bad, it's just when I reflect on my own childhood I don't think my parents would have wanted me playing this game as a ten year old instead of as a teenager. Anyway, tried to keep that spoiler free without being too vague! Sorry this entry is short, I've had a bit of a busy week but I didn't want another week to go by without posting some sort of an update.

As promised, here are some links to my favorite resources to aid in playing FFTA2. All credit goes to the individual authors of these walkthroughs, shout out to you guys for being the real MVPs!

[Edit] I restarted my game because the difficulty setting was too boring for me, so I've gone back and edited my entries to reflect my new game file and new party. My next blog post will follow my new playthrough on Hard mode. I'm a bit further along than where I was during these old posts, so I apologize for the small skip in progress.

Fun Discovery of the Day

I crafted an item today that has got to have the most amusing description I've read of any weapon yet. It is the Ligatur (a hand-cannon for Moogles) and it's description reads: "Many a pom-pom has been rocked by the kickback from this mighty peashooter." Heh... that's great.

Thanks for riding
